Posting rules

  1. Official information only. Pricing, specials, amenities and policies come from the portal assets. If it is not there, it does not get posted.
  2. No promises. No "guaranteed approval", "no deposit", "no credit check" or deadlines Balfour has not written.
  3. Fair Housing. Never describe the kind of person who "should" live in the community or mention race, religion, national origin, familial status, disability, sex or any other protected class.
  4. Disclose. You are an independent creator, not a Balfour employee. Use #ad or #partner as the network requires.
  5. Log every post. Every post with your link must be logged in the portal. Unlogged posts do not count and may suspend the account.
  6. Three flags suspend the account. A flagged or removed post counts as one flag.
  7. Commissions. Paid on the event defined by the campaign active at the time of the click. A referral who was already a Balfour resident, applicant or lead earns no commission.
  8. No fake traffic. Fake clicks or leads void commissions and suspend the account.
